How to book?

You can send us your booking request by filling out the booking form on our website, or by email or phone. Online booking is also available directly on our website;

• The reservation will be confirmed after the payment of a deposit, which can be sent by Postal Order, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card.
• It is mandatory to include the booking reference in the payment reason (please include the name under which the booking was made, the arrival date, and the departure date).
• Rooms and the parking space, if reserved, will be available from 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Early departure or late arrival compared to the booking will incur a charge of up to three days of the room rate, as indicated by the “Hotel Practices and Customs” of the Imperia Chamber of Commerce.
• Guests are kindly requested to inform us of their chosen payment method upon arrival and to settle the bill at least one day before departure.
• Guests who have not paid a deposit at the time of booking are kindly asked to pay an advance upon arrival at the hotel.
• Our prices may vary during Sporting Events or Special Occasions, excluding the tourist tax.
